BALTIC and Star and Shadow Cinema present a seminar based on the work of Robert Breer and artist animation. Speakers include Paris based filmmaker and champion of the avant garde, Pip Chodorov, Gary Thomas, Animate Projects and Mat Fleming, Film Bee, Newcastle.
